We try to limit our Custom Home projects to one or two per year, making attention to detail a priority.

Internally we provide many services, including but not limited too, Concrete flat work, framing, roofing, siding, decking, handrails, window and door installation, finish carpentry, and hardwood floors.
We have a team of quality contractors that we have worked along side for many years. That ensures us of fantastic craftsmanship throughout the specific trades.
Remodels
We take on remodels of all sizes. If your bathroom needs updated or you want to add-on a new wing of your house, we can help you design it, get a building permit, and bring your project to life!
Repairs
Have a water leak? We can fix the problem and repair the damage it has caused! We also follow disaster clean-up companies to restore your home to new!
HOA Repairs and Renovations
Take your community to a whole new level! Update the whole street and increase the neighborhood property values! We work with property management companies and HOA boards to revive or update the community. Repairing broken decks, replacing rotten posts and beams, or whatever else needs done, we have a solution for you!

Log Work
With the climate in Park City and the surrounding areas being so harsh, the beautiful craftsmanship of years ago is slowly crumbling away. We have to tools and skills to repair or replace the decomposing wood and revive the original look!
